Chef Margot Blondet moved to the United States from her native Peru in 2005 in order to further pursue her love of food and knack for developing new and interesting flavors. A mutual friend introduced Margot to Brian when he expressed interest in finding a Chef for SideBar. Margot invited Brian to her home, cooked him a beautiful dinner and the rest is history. Margot has brought the flavors of Peru to Dayton, offering a variety of small plates from the land to the sea. Her love of food shows through her dishes and we encourage you to join us and fall in love too!
